Tous les jardins n'ont pas les mêmes besoins. Plutôt que de vous imposer un cadre unique, nous proposons deux manières de travailler ensemble.
1. Le forfait entretien — l'essentiel, au bon moment
C'est la formule la plus légère, et souvent la plus rassurante pour démarrer. Nous passons au minimum deux fois par an — typiquement une remise en forme au printemps et une préparation avant l'hiver — pour garder votre jardin sain et présentable sans surcharge.
Cette formule convient bien à un jardin simple, déjà structuré, dont vous assurez vous-même le quotidien et qui a surtout besoin de deux interventions soignées aux moments-clés de l'année.
2. The complete maintenance — a regular follow-up, turnkey
For a larger, more demanding garden, or if you prefer not to take care of it at all, we set up a regular follow-up throughout the year : more frequent visits and more substantial interventions (mowing, pruning, weeding, care of flower beds, leaf collection, winter preparation).
It is also the most advantageous option: a regular rhythm allows us to plan better, thus working more efficiently — and this is reflected in the price.
Contract or one-off intervention: what to choose?
Both have their place, and there is no wrong choice — only the one that suits your situation.
The one-off intervention meets a specific and immediate need: a hedge trimming, restoring a flower bed, a clean-up before an event. We assess, we intervene, and it's sorted. It's ideal for an urgent need or an exceptional clean-up.
The garden maintenance contract, on the other hand, is long-term. Its true value is not just the regular visits: it is that we eventually get to know your garden — its sensitive points, its temperamental plants, its evolution. We anticipate instead of reacting, and the garden remains consistent season after season, rather than being rediscovered at each visit.
What your maintenance includes
Depending on the plan, garden maintenance with Vert Val can include:
- mowing and lawn care
- trimming of hedges, shrubs, and plant structures
- weeding of flower beds and paths
- care of plants and leaf collection
- preparing the garden for winter and restoring it in spring
- monitoring plant health, to address a problem before it settles in
And, upon request: maintenance of your irrigation system, seasonal arrangements, or the addition of new plantings.
Simple, transparent, and flexible
We have designed our contracts to simplify your life — not to lock you in.
You only pay for the actual time spent at your home. The quote is clear and established in advance; standard professional equipment, the van, the organisation and monitoring of your garden are included. Only the items actually used (removal of green waste, wood chips, potting soil, fertiliser, replacement of plants) or occasional heavy equipment (shredder, lift) are added, on a case-by-case basis — always with complete transparency.
Travel is offered within a radius of 20 km around La Hulpe. The schedule is set in advance and adjusted according to the weather, and a contract remains modifiable at any time : we adapt the frequency or content if your needs change. Want to stop? A simple month's notice is enough. Our goal is not to bind you, but to help you maintain a beautiful garden with peace of mind.

Can I modify or terminate my contract?
Yes, at any time. The contract remains flexible: we can adjust the frequency or add work if your needs change. To terminate, a month's notice is sufficient — if an intervention is already scheduled, we carry it out, then the contract ends.
